The Traveler's Guide to Life
This podcast, hosted by Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley, encourages conversations about topics most people avoid. The short conversations cover everything from end-of-life planning, palliative care, hospice care, death, dying, and grief. Our hope is that by talking about these things more everyone will be able to face them with a little more courage, compassion, and maybe even a laugh or two.
It's a journey we're all on. Let's talk about it!
